SPONSORSHIP

 

Donations of any amount will be accepted, and all proceeds go to support local Veterans Programs as well as the community. We are looking for supporters to sponsor at any of the following levels;

 

Platinum Sponsorship $500: Sponsor Trophy, Appreciation plaque, Sponsor Banner, Sponsor Flyer in entry packet.

Gold Sponsorship $300: Sponsor Trophy, Appreciation plaque.

Silver Sponsorship $100: Sponsor Trophy, Certificate of appreciation.

Sponsor a Trophy for $50: The Trophy will be named after the Sponsor, The sponsor will select the winner and present the award. 

 (Sponsor Trophy and Sponsor Banner deadline is the 15th of August)

 

 
 
 
Car Show Sponsorship
 


 

 

Your sponsorship will allow us to make this event a continual success. The event attracts hundreds of visitors, and as a sponsor your name will be displayed at the event.

 

 You can provide flyers and small handouts that will be placed in welcome bags that go to all attendees, please plan for 300.

 

You may also set up a booth and be a vendor at the event, please let us know in advance.

 

If you donate an item, it will be raffled at 2:00 P.M.

 

 

We are a Non-profit 501c19 organization EIN is 91-6033221 and will give receipts for your tax purposes. Sponsors will receive special recognition during the event.
